You'll have to register for CAT and apply through FMS's website.
Depending upon your CAT score, academic scores of X and XII standard and gender-based diversity, you will be shortlisted for PI, GD and extempore round and all these factors will contribute to overall admission list.
Please visit the official institute website at www.fms.edu for exact weightage of the above-mentioned components and to know the timelines of various activities.

The usual cut-off for CAT in FMS, Delhi is about 98.5 percentile. However, with weightage for academic scores being introduced this year it is going to be difficult to predict. I'd advise you to try and score in excess of 99.75 percentile to improve your overall chances.
