There are many institutes in Delhi which are offering professional photography courses. MAAC India, Delhi College of Photography, Nikon School are among the best providing short and long term courses. The basic fee structure varies from institute to institute. You can do the course from an institute which is near your residence. Many institutes provide photography workshops, you can also consider them.

Hi Vidhi,
You may refer to this college comparison tool provided by Shiksha:
https://www.shiksha.com/resources/college-comparison
Moreover, choosing one from English (Hons) and BJMC is a tough decision. You need to think and analyse whether news/media industry interest you more or the writing and editing industry. However, you can get into both these fields by pursuing both these courses but this self questioning might help you in making a decision.
