Yes, you can opt for fashion designing with 48% in Class 12th with Science. It requires a minimum of 50% aggregate percentage by most institutions, but some institutions may take less than that percentage. The eligibility criteria could differ. You can choose Bachelor in Fashion Designing/ Fashion Designing UG Courses, 6 Months Fashion Designing Courses/ Diploma in Fashion Designing Courses. Be sure to look for the particular needs of the colleges you are applying to. Colleges also conduct entrance tests or interviews as part of their admission procedure.

Remo International College, Chennai, has a three-year B.Sc. course in fashion design. The fee per year is around INR 90,000, and for the entire course, it would be around INR 2.7 lakh.
