No, the institute is currently accepting admissions only on the basis of performance in TDV design test. Any candidate willing to study MDes at TDV Noida should apply and appear for TDV design test.

All the candidates who have appeared for the TDV design test are also eligible for the integrated programme. The institute offers 3 integrated programmes in designing for candidates who are planning for a master's course after bachelor's.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology Kannur accepts NIFT entrance exam for admission to the B.Des course. NIFT cutoff 2023 was concluded for the academic year 2023-24. As per the NIFT Kannur cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for B.Des was 1279 for the General category students for the All India quota. For 2022 and 2021, NIFT Kannur last round closing ranks for B.Des stood at 1631 and 1666.

National Institute of Fashion Technology accepts the NIFT entrance exam results, followed by the NIFT Counselling process for admission to the BDes courses. As per the NIFT Kangra cutoff 2025, the overall cutoff ranged from 181 to 3080. So, students can secure a rank within this range to be eligible for admission if they belong to the General AI category.
Note: Other categories, quotas, courses, etc, will have different cutoffs accordingly.

As per the NIFT Hyderabad cutoff 2025, the overall closing rank for BDes ranged bteween 209 and 1196 for the General AI category. Hence, students need a rank of at least 1196 or below to gain admission at NIFT Hyderabad for the BDes course branches.
Students can refer to the table below for the round 1 and last round cutoff for the General AI category. Other categories, round, courses, etc, will have different cutoffs accordingly.

Delhi offers design courses at various levels like UG, PG and PHd. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to a design course at the UG, PG and Doctorate levels are mentioned in the table below.

Delhi is home to about 170 Design colleges. The number 1 design college in Delhi is National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT Delhi). The National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi (also known as NIFT Delhi), which was founded in 1986, initially only provided one Design course from a temporary two-room setup. NIFT Delhi moved to its permanent campus, which was created by Dr. BV Doshi, in 1994. NIFT is a statutory institute governed by the NIFT Act 2006 and was established in 1986 under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.
