As mentioned on the official website the basic eligibility for WBJEE JELET in Engineering & Technology is:
Diploma holders have to pass Diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).
Aspirants must have pass XII standard with Mathematics as a subject.
Diploma holders having above mentioned eligibility criteria shall also be eligible for
admission to the first year Engineering & Technology Degree Courses subject to vacancies in the first year class in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Diploma course will not fetch much of a purpose, in case you are looking for good career path.
Since you have already completed your graduation you can opt for LLB program by appearing for CLAT exam.

Well, it would depend on the institute, as different institutes have different criteria.
As you have already done a diploma, you are eligible for seeking lateral entry in B.Tech. One requires to qualify LEET as conducted by the technical education board of the state. Lateral Entry Entrance Tests are conducted on state level. But some colleges and Univerities too conduct Lateral Entry Tests. You will get direct admission to 2nd year of B.Tech if you clear the exam.

Marine engineering is a division of engineering that deals with the nautical architecture and science. Marine engineering basically is meant for research conducted in oceans and coastal or inland waters connected to the sea.

Kishen, i am not able to get the right immediate question you have so let me try and reply the ones i got. rest you can reword and ask. Surely, you can pursue PG in graphic design if you need to. alternatively just pick up the best trainer and learn from him/ her. Sometimes, some archaic colleges may ask for the bachelors to be in arts. keep away from the =m since they anyway would be history soon. However, not having an interest and background in pursuing creative activities may be a minus since you'd have a lot of catching up to do.
