i prefer better than doing a one year course you better go for a mba. it will help you more with your carrier. you need to be standing along with the compatative field, and when you have chances for studying go for the best. so i say instead of diploma's go for regular mba.

Btech degree by distance is not valid so i not suggest you to go for Distance Btech go for regular Btech degree

If you had done 12th, you may try for BBA through tests.
