Ed course is similar to the regular B.Ed course. The total duration of the distance B.Ed course is two years and the candidates will be given a maximum of five years to complete the course.

Applicants must be In-Service Teachers with (I) A Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) from a recognised university, (ii) Two years full time Teaching Experience on Temporary/Permanent basis in a Primary; Secondary/Sr. Admission is through entrance test.

Yes, for government teaching jobs, you have to qualify TET and B.Ed is necessary. If you completed B.Ed then you are eligible.

A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level is mandatory for admission into colleges for the B.Ed curriculum
