Yes, for government teaching jobs, you have to qualify TET and B.Ed is necessary. If you completed B.Ed then you are eligible.

Hi,
B.Ed Course Eligibility:
A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level is mandatory for admission into colleges for the B.Ed curriculum
There are many colleges in India for B.Ed distance learning.

Singhania University offer B.Ed General in regular medium. It doesn't offer any course in distance as its Distance Education Thank you.
