Yes, you can but, it is like double degree, it means, you have wasted four years in engineering. If you pursue B.Ed you can only become school teacher, nothing more. You can pursue the M.Sc. CS in regular mode and B.Ed. Through distance mode. As per UGC guidelines, one regular degree and other distance degrees can pursue simultaneously. IGNOU can be the best option for pursuing the distance B.Ed. Course if meeting the eligibility criteria.
