75 percent attendance is usually compulsory to write the end-semester exam. However, if your attendance is between the 75 percent and 50 percent range have a talk with the teacher and they'll probably give you an extra assignment to do instead in exchange for writing the exam otherwise attach a medical Certificate as that's the only way you'll be allowed to take the final exam hence you can write the exam without attending regular classes. For more information, you may visit the Shiksha Bharathiar University page. (https://www.shiksha.com/university/bharathiar-university-Coimbatore-1475)
I hope this will help you.

Either yes/no both applies for this. From past few years for BE there is no good distance learning as before we have we should attend college for mid and for semester but very few colleges are available now I recommend to join any online courses recently more Universities starting online programs as we can study and write exams at our home it self.

Hi, No doubt it is a good option to enroll yourself in a IGNOU M.Com after B.Com. You can easily prepare for competitive examination as M.Com has mostly same curriculum as of B.Com so there will be no extra burden or stress over you so just go for it.
