Yes you can study distance degree along with a regular course but UGC allow Diploma / Certificate courses along with a degree course. It is not valid but you can do it for knowledge as many people pursue distance B.A. along with a course.

Anamali is a public state university and it also provide distance education in addition to regular courses. DDE Anamali was established in 1979 and is well known. The university also offer regular MBA courses. You can visit the website for more reference.
