Bank draft of above fees, Attested copy of matriculation Certificate Attested copy of 10+2 marks statement, 3 photographs attested and pasted on the form. Attestation should be by any member of ICWAI / ICAI / ICSI/ Parliament/ State Legislative Assembly or Gazetted officer or a principal of a college.
