Since you are interested in IT & Electronics, it will be advisable for you to explore certification courses in your area of interest & software development skills & explore work opportunities in the said area. A lot of private institutes run courses on IT & Electronics and are affiliated to international universities you can also look at them for your interest area. Keeping in mind your B.Sc Scores you can seek admission into such courses of your interest.

You can get good courses in edX. It started with the combined effort of Harvard and MIT. You will find good courses on supply chain (Introductory) which are free. Full courses will be paid ones. Therefore, you can give that a try!

If your budget is Rs. 50000 then you can go with Jagannath University, where exams are not difficult and even university is well approved by UGC, NAAC, AICTE and AIU.
