No . DTU doesn't provide admission entirely on the basis of 12th. You first have to clear JEE. This is not a NIT college. So admission are based on the JEE Mains ranks. 12th class marks are for eligibility only.

JAC Delhi Counselling is held in four rounds namely Rounds 1,2, 3 and 4 followed by two additional spot rounds (if required). JAC Delhi Counselling results are released for various categories.

Can I get admission in DTU through management quota? There is no management quota at DTU,  you have to score good marks in JEE Mains to get admission. Admissions is through JAC Delhi counselling only.
