No, you may not be able to get IT or CSE at NSUT at the rank you have specified according to last year's trend. However, EwS quota has been issued this year so it is difficult to predict the ranking but you are still not on the safe side with your current rank. But, yes DTU is not off limits. You will get IT at DTU in the first few rounds.

The admission process and cutoff ranks for Delhi Technological University (DTU) can vary each year depending on factors such as the number of applicants, available seats, and the performance of candidates. While I don't have access to the specific cutoff ranks for DTU, I can provide you with some general information. However, admission to DTU's CSE programme is highly competitive, and the cutoff ranks can vary from year to year. DTU has both Delhi and Outside Delhi quotas for admissions,

The defense quota is reserved for the children/widows of defense personnel, and a certain percentage of seats are set aside for this category. The exact rank required to get admission to DTU through the defense quota may vary from year to year, depending on the number of applicants and the availability of seats. It is difficult to predict the rank required for admission through the defense quota, as the selection process is based on a variety of factors, including JEE Main rank, defense category, and other criteri

The admission process for Delhi Technological University (DTU) and Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) for B.Tech courses in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) involves various factors such as the number of available seats, the total number of applicants, the cutoff scores, and the reservation policies.
