If you are not really research oriented then dual degree won't be a good option, but many companies, especially in the core field, have requirements of dual degree graduates. You are getting 2 degrees and saving 1-year.

As far as I know, only NIT-Rourkela is offering a dual degree integrated course in Master of Technology. A dual degree from NIT is a good option, but it will bind you to the same institute depriving you of any better opportunity in future. It will be a far better option to pursue your B.Tech from NIT and then try for M.Tech from IITs.

BMS is an autonomous college affiliated to Vishveshwaraya Technical University.This college offers quality education. BMS college of engineering is one of the famous colleges in Karnataka and in Bangalore. The college does not offer dual specialization. You can only take one specialization at a time.The main reason for that is the college is affiliated to VTU. VTU affiliated business management colleges won't get approval for dual specialization.
