Integrated Program in Management at IIM, Indore offers first of its kind management program by any IIM in India. It is a unique and creative programme meant for young students after 10+2 stage who have managerial and leadership aspirations. IIM, Indore moulds students as outstanding leaders through a world-class education. Last two years of the programme i.e. IV and V year are at Post-graduate level and the IPM students are mixed with the flagship PGP programme students of IIMI and they go through the same set of courses as the PGP programme. Hence the learning goals for these two years are the same as that of the PGP programme. Apart from academic programmes, the IPM participants are exposed to various extra-curricular activities in order to inculcate in them leadership qualities and managerial skills. Only 120 bright students can make it to IPM. In case a student is able to get selected to IPM program, he joins a elite club and must join for a bright career. The feedback received from the recruiters in the first placement season of IPM has been encouraging. The first graduating batch of IPM participants bagged offers from marquee recruiters like Credit Suisse, Deloitte, Nomura, JP Morgan, HDFC, IndusInd Bank, IBM, ICRA Management Consulting, Tata Sky and UAE Exchange among others.
