Hi,
Yes, integrated courses have a lot of scope in India and it is really beneficial, if you choose BBA + MBA. It is a good option.
Below mentioned is the list of colleges that provides BBA + MBA:
1. UPES - Dehradun.
2. VIT University – Vellore.
3. Kurukshetra University.
4. Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and Higher Studies.
5. NIMS.
6. Kurukshetra University.

If you have selected IT then THE best option is to select either Marketing or HR because both the streams require IT skills to operate software like HRIS, Digital Marketing, SEO or SMO. More options are available with Marketing. Finance also play a role in this as it makes use of SAP, Tally and other software. Best options are marketing and finance.

You can check with IIT Bombay, and NMIMS, Mumbai for dual specialisation, these courses also called as MBA Tech courses. The above institutes are famous in Mumbai.

You need to appear for NMAT and have valid decent score in HSC examination to join 5 year integrated program viz. B.Tech+ MBA or B.Pharm+ MBA offered by Mukesh Patels NMIMS.

It's your choice but frankly speaking, I never understood why one needs to do engineering first and management then. You may opt for 5-years integrated MBA from institutes like IIM-Indore, NMIMS and Symbiosis.

Kirloskar is a good institute for management studies. It has got excellent infrastructure, placements, etc. If you are a commerce graduate, then you can prefer finance.

It depends upon your interest. To be honest, there is no relevance between two specialisation, you can rather take MBA in HR and Marketing as combination which shall suit you well.
