CA job prospects are very good in Dubai. ICAI has it's a Dubai Chapter so and this is a plus point. CA salaries are is quite high. To study MBA in India, take the CAT or MAT. For Dubai, you need to visit university websites as different universities have different requirements. Also in Dubai, many foreign universities have their branches offering MBA. Work experience is preferred, additionally they may ask for GRE or GMAT. IELTS is okay but check university requirements.
