It is nothing like that's is you are weak so you cannot done EEE. You can prefer there is totally different from +2 and engineering courses.

The future of both the branch is bright as last year almost all the best faculty awards of NIT were given to civil faculty and EEE faculty.

Hello Seeramsetti, Chemical engineering is generally a research oriented course when compared to EEE as it has more industrial scope currently and as well as in the future. Due to the rise in automation, EEE has gained more value compared to other courses. On the other hand, chemical engineering remains as a research and development stream. It is important to choose a course of your interest as even a course has better industrial importance, only if you have interest towards learning it, it would be good. All the best !

Hello Prudhvi, Your question is not so clear. In case if you have wrongly opted for a different course in the college of admission, you need to contact the admin for branch change. But it is difficult to change your course once you have chosen it.

You can get admission here. You have to apply for admission when the lateral entry admission will start. Good luck.

And carryon with the process.

It is not possible for you to get admission in top 10 NITs with this percentile. So, you can go with other NITs, where you can get Mech or EEE Branch. CSE is not possible in any of the NITs.
