Hello Nikhil,
Firstly, congratulations for at least thinking of doing graduation after completing your Diploma. Yes, you can definitely seek admission for graduation via what is called as lateral entry. Now, each state has its own methods. Some give admission based on marks obtained in Diploma while others give admission based on an entrance test. This information will be available on the website of DTE of Tech Edu of your state.

Hello Jaya, First and foremost, don't lose hope. Keep on fighting. Very fact that you got admission means you have the capability. Just concentrate on your subjects in which you failed, tell yourself that you have the determination to pass, and see the transformation! You will definitely pass. Join tuition class if you want.

No, it's not necessary that there will be a higher standard in MBA. Mostly, it depends on which college you are doing it from. You can go for M.Tech.

For communication and other soft skills, it is better to do some course on Coursera or other online platforms. For technical skills, take admission in the course which is more interesting to you.
