Hi, It depends on your interest that in which subject you are interested and want to see yourself in future. If you like electric circuits, then EEE. If interested in chemistry, then chemical engineering. Although chemical engineering will be best as per placement. Best of luck.

For Studying Abroad, the cost will be really heavy but that can be managed from loans the biggest issue will be the IESTS or TOFEL exam of English which needs atleast 100+ in 120 for admission in any English spoken country, so focus on that and best place to try will be Australia to go for admission the lowest cost.

Yes, you can get admission in either EEE or civil branch in Coimbatore, Bangalore or Chennai. Your rank is enough to get you a seat. You should participate in the counselling process.
Best of luck.

Yes, you can participate in JoSAA counselling. You can select the state, college and branch as per your interest and convenience. Many students of Bihar prefer West Bengal and Delhi. In West Bengal, you will complete your degree in the cheap and best way. Delhi is a little bit costly. If you don't have any financial problems, then go for Delhi.
Best of luck.

I'll prefer you to opt for the EEE branch, as this branch has more scope and better placements in India.
