You can apply for studies abroad but with arrears and all its going to be competitive but worth a try. Decide what to study. It's okay to be confused but you have to figure it out anyways. Or do a PG Diploma course in management and try for a career shift. Work for some years and apply for MBA.

Abroad is a wide term, includes many countries and universities and you cannot generalize the requirements. Different countries and universities have different entry requirements.
