You can search for Job and enroll in AMIE. AMIE is a B.tech level examination conducted by the Institution of Engineers (India).AMIE is recognized as equal to B.Tech in both Government and private sectors. This is approved for higher education (M.Tech, MBA etc). AMIE consist of two sections :- section A and section B. For polytechnic students section A consists of 4 subjects and section B consists of 9+lab. I hope that will help you. HBTU is taking admission via JEE Mains from this year so we cannot predict the exact cutoff, however considering your marks and category your chances are fair to get admission there.
All the best.
