The Gender diversity doesn't matter at any cause, Being an electrical engineer in other 4 years ,you must be strong in fundamentals.You can appear for GATE examination during final year.Having some outstanding scores in GATE you get recruited by PSU and central government jobs such as BHEL, POWER GRID.etc
EEE has very good scope for girls.

If your Institute or university has provision of dual degree then you will able to do BTech EEE after BTech ECE.

You should apply for NITs. You may get admission in new IITs, IIITs, Central universities, DTU, etc.
