If you are getting admission in Galgotias College then you may take ECE apart of going to CSE branch through management quota.

EEE degree syllabus includes subjects of both electrical & electronics. However, market treats it as electrical engineering. ECE grads are taken as electronics engineers.

EE (Electrical engineering) is better for you according to me.

Opt for the engineering branch that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission, after deciding the branch go for the college
Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College is a better choice for sure.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion

B.Tech will be more technical in nature whereas B.Sc will be more scientific. You will get exposure to practical use of the subjects in B.Tech.

You can get placed in many core companies and IT companies after completing EEE. Many core companies do come for placements so you can get placed in them if you have good communication skills and better aptitude solving skills.
