Electrical engg and electronics enng both are core branch of engg. But due to new application and gadgets both enng combined and a new engg field emerge called electrical and electronics engg. all are good. you can seat for GATE in both opting EEE.

The fee structure for B.Tech programmes is Rs. 1,75,500 per annum, which needs to be paid in two installments: 1st installment is of Rs. 125500 & 2nd installment is of Rs. 50000.

If you really want to get admission in robotics field for your post graduation course then Electronics and Communication branch will be best to you.
Actually, you will gets all the basic knowledge of Microprocessors, computer languages. You may get various ideas with studying of this stream, anytime you can consult with your teacher. Now, taking next step.
Embedded Technology also a part of robotics and ECE candidate can easily understand all the tricks, tips to understand this field. Being an ECE Engineer, i cab assure you that ECE will be best choice to take admission in Robotics Engineering for M.tech

Dear, if you join ME, CIVIL & Electrical in B.Tech, your diploma in computer science will waste for you in future. So i suggest you do b.tech in computer science. in your interest, civil engineering is best.

Is there any gap because of Experience then it will not affect but even if there isn't any experience you can go in for M.Tech without any hesitation it will not affect your career .
