Hello,
Currently, Ireland has a shortage of electronic engineers. However getting a job will depend on your qualification and skill set. Top universities include UCD, DCU, DIT, CIT, NUI Galway, Maynooth University, and Trinity College. Co-ordinate with the universities and enquire about the internship opportunities, career assistance, industry linkages etc.

Career opportunities are great in EEE branch. You can get into some PSU if you score well in GATE. And, also there are MNC's that can hire you if you are eligible enough. Don't worry about the career opportunities in this stream. Work on your technical skills and you will have good future working.
Good luck!
