Your cut-off is not bad. The course EEE is one of the core branches of engineering. For EEE, there would be many colleges. But, you need to choose a good one under Anna university counselling.

Being the student of electrical engineering department, I can tell you, you are not going to be disappointed with the faculties if you have interest in electrical. Yeah, placement ratio is not that good but you will get through it if you remain consistent.
