Mechanical Engineeing is an evergreen core branch of Engineering. It has not seen any variation in job market in last five to six decades. Mechanical Engineer grads are required by all type of industries both manufacturing and services. You are recomnended to opt for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.

B.Tech in ITER is a good idea. Regarding fee structure faculties ties, campus, etc. As for EEE branch, it's good and after computer science and ECE it's the best branch. So, placement records are very high. For more details go to www.soauniversity.ac.in

I can tell you about CSE in SGSITS. You really have to be under 18000 to get the CSE in SGSITS and the department is also very strict. You have to forget about mass bunk and you start worrying about assignment. You will get overall nice and competitive environment but if you are targeting for high package then IT has got nice placements.

Get a PAN card.
Apply for a demat account.
Buy some great trading books.
Maintain a trading journal. Practice paper trading.
Follow at least 20 to 30 blue chip stocks every damn day.
Soon you will get a hang of it and find your intuition predicting the next move.

Select the branch in which you love to work and you have very much interest in it with curiosity. Don't follow craze and popularity. Trust me, by choosing your interested field would be best for you than any other fields.

There are following major options available for you after becoming an engineer:
(a) Job: BE is sufficient qualification to start your career. Your first option to get job is job in campus placement. It is challenging to get job if you do not get job in campus placement. If you do not get selected in campus interview, then you can look for jobs through job portals, application against advertisement, job consultants, and referral from friends and relatives etc. You can appear in GATE to seek job in Public sector organization. You can appear for competitive examination such as Indian Engineering services, Civil Services, PO etc.
