Dear friend,
After the completion of your degree course. The company decides your salary based on your skills, but mostly it depends on the university and its stature. For local college degree holders, they get around Rs. 12000 as a fresher. And for reputed college students, they get the maximum of Rs. 35000 as a fresher, but if you have completed engineering from IIT, you gets 8-9 LPA. So if you are willing to study from a reputed college then prepare for the entrance examination right from now. You should focus on JEE Mains more.
All the best.

Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently, scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also.

Hi Pakrela,
If you are interested to apply for the universities offering programs in English, then you must check The Global 30 project or G30 by the Japanese Government. These are the best universities in Japan offering and developing new programs, which are delivered entirely in English for international students.
You can consider the below mentioned universities:
1. Tohoku University.
2. The University of Tokyo.
3. Kyoto University, etc.

If you do not have any personal reasons of conditions, you must seek B.Tech (lateral entry) in any subject of your choice to become engineer before taking a job.
