Hello,
Yes, you can ideally however my advice to you is get in touch with university admission counselors for program curricula and any pre-requisite courses you might have to do since you are not from a mechanical background. Check universities in US, Japan, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, Denmark, Sweden to name a few.

Score around 115 is better, but if your rank is around 2000 you can get the admission.

It depends on where you have completed your 10th and 12th. If you are not from Tamil Nadu then you would require a minimum of 96% and/or 120 in JEE. The requirement decreases for inside Tamil Nadu and for Thanjavur/Trichy.

Last year, for the general category and home state, the closing rank in the 6th round was 23475.
There is a high possibility for you to get admission here in EEE branch.
You can find the placement details here: https://www.bitmesra.ac.in/Visit_Other_Department_9910?cid=1&deptid=183&pid=10

B.Tech in ITER is a good idea. Regarding fee structure faculties ties, campus, etc. As for EEE branch, it's good and after computer science and ECE it's the best branch. So, placement records are very high. For more details go to www.soauniversity.ac.in
