Somesh, admission to B.Tech lateral entry in Manipal is based on their entrance test which was on 2nd June and 7th June. Check the link below

There are many other good universities where admissions are still going on. Their admission criteria is LEET score or their own test or your marks in previous qualifying exams. Most of them offer good placements. Some even offer scholarships.

It mainly depends on your core strength areas and where you want to see you down the lane . So if you want to go management ,business side then take MBA it is worth and PGCET seat is good choice you will get seat in PES university.

In case you don't manage their eligibility criteria, then try for admission in some other private universities where direct admission on basis of diploma is possible or test is still to take place.
