After graduation in EEE you have multiple job opportunities. EEE graduates are employed by manufacturing companies in maintenance, operations, production role and sales role, join electrical generation, distribution and utility companies , Research and Development organisation, Defense Services as Technical officer. You can appear for engineering services examination conducted by UPSC to start a career with GOI. You can start your organisation as an entrepreneur. If you have computing skills you can join IT industry. Academics is also a good career option for EEE graduates.

EEE and ECE have similar courses and syllabus overlap is between 75-80%. ECE has special papers on Telecommunication, Networking and Signal Processing etc. EEE has special papers on Electrical Instrumentation, Transmission & distribution. Power etc.
