Both colleges have their own stats and ratings which are not so variable.
The best for you can be decided by your interest.
If you want to focus on Data science, AI and machine methodology then you should choose Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (AIDS).
If you want to learn principals of core electric engineering and power systems and automation then you should choose PSG College of Technology (EEE).

No, at this rank, you cannot get admission at Jagran Lakecity University regardless of any campus. For that, you have to opt for the management quota.
