Hi Himanshu,
You are looking a bit confused about your career. Well, don't worry. I can help you regarding your problem whether CSE will be hard for you after doing a diploma in electrical.
So, my answer is no. It will not be hard. As those students who are coming after 12th will have zero knowledge about CSE just like you have zero knowledge about CSE. So, your knowledge and the knowledge of the students coming from the first year will be the same.
So, don't worry you can go for it.
Best of luck!

Hi,
UIT Burdwan used to be a very good college from 2000 to 2014. After that, the quality has degraded. The placement is maximum for CSE students but in that also, only 50% students get placed. The placement for electrical engineering is also poor. But you will get good internship opportunities in the government sector.

Its a tough ask to chose between EE and Chemical Engineering. EE is a lively side of engineering. It gives life to all the engineering. And on the other hand chemical engineering is an evergreen subject. I would say which one attracts u the most go for it. According to GATE exam, EE got slightly better of Chemical Engineering.
