Hi,
You have good chances to get admission. McGill and Western will be very competitive as they are very selective. Apply before the deadline ends. Your SOP and LOR will also be considered for the same.

Hi Mahesh,
To be considered for admissions you must take the GRE, a score of 300 and above is usually considered good. You should also take the TOEFL. The application process is online, details will be found on the university website. Universities in USA takes a holistic approach towards admission, so they will not only evaluate your scores but also your extracurricular, project work, internship, publications, etc. Reference letters, statement of interest will also be considered. Always apply early.

As an electrical engineer, job in BPS can only be a standby option to gain some corporate experience. You are advised to continue to look for job in our core engineering filed. You are advised to prepare for GATE, CAT, Indian Engineering Services & other UPSC exam, etc. along with your job in Wipro.

It depends on the college. But, while deciding the college, you should check the faculty and labs of electrical department.

1. Job.
2. Higher education.
If you wish to pursue higher education, you must take any of the following exams:
1. GATE
2. IES
3. IAS
If you are interested in working in the core field, teaching, research or development, then opt for M.Tech.
