Yes, this rank is okay to get into NIT. I would suggest you take admission in IIIT or IISER this will be a good choice. If you are interested in research then go for IISER.

Hi Afsal,
You should give preference to electronics and communication engineering at CUSAT. It is better in terms of placement, infrastructure, faculty members. You will get a good competition within the campus, which will encourage you to work hard. So you should go for CUSAT.
Best of luck.

Hi Sunita,
Yes, you can get admission in VR for electronics and communication engineering with this rank. Your rank is good enough to get you a seat in first round itself. Keep your category certificates ready.
Best of luck.

Hi Divyansh,
CSE stands for computer Science engineering and ECE stands for electronics and communication engineering. In CSE you will learn computer programming languages, while in ECE you will learn about various electrical circuits. People prefer CSE due to good placement.
Best of luck.

Placement is good if you compare it with tier 2 colleges. But I'd suggest to join some technical colleges. The reason for this is pretty simple JNU provides research oriented atmosphere while in some technical college you may get better technical exposure and chance to sit for big companies which doesn't visit JNU.

Hi Purandhar,
The students of CSE or ECE at nitap get placed in top IT companies like tcs, wipro, Infosys, cognizant, capgemini etc. Through campus placement. Almost every one ends their graduation with a good job. You can go for this college. Best of luck.
