Hi Kunal,
First, you should focus on your class 9th and class 10th. After matric, you will be able to get admission in Diploma colleges. Yes, minimum criteria is 60% in good colleges. And, this 60% criteria also apply at the time of placement. Best of luck.

You can get a seat in LNMIIT in ECE for sure, but for CSE it will be bit difficult, so you can try for JAYPEE University, Noida or Nirma University.

ANU accepts only Andhra Pradesh EAMCET and for Diploma candidates, Andhra Pradesh ECET. Therefore, you have only two options to get admission in ANU, either through Andhra Pradesh EAMCET or Andhra Pradesh ECET (for Diploma candidates).
