The best government college you will get is RGPV Bhopal with this. Also, you have a better percentage, hence, you also have chances of getting a tuition fee waiver with this. Other colleges will be GEC Ujjain (government). Or Private be (LNCT Bhopal, Acropolis and Medicaps Indore).
Best of luck.

Assuming you are from General category, getting into CS is tough for you as for out state students, last year's cutoff was 180 and that too for home state. I would suggest you to get a college in Jaipur or Udaipur with home state as most of the seats in sits are filled by home state itself. Else, try for private colleges with better placements.

Hello Dhruv,
If you want to grow your career in India, then go for IT. If you are looking for foreign opportunities, then opt any one of them. As there is not too much scope of EC in India in the current scenario. Of course, IT is emerging in the Indian market. But EC falls a little bit dull while we talk about indian market.

Go for CS or ECE Jaypee Noida if you want better infrastructure exposure and if money is not a constraint. Consult the seniors of Jaypee regarding placements. I can only tell you that IET Lucknow will definitely provide you ample opportunities as far as placement is concerned.

As such, you should choose according to your interest, preference and inclination. Bhut here are few points that y1ou can keep in mind while selecting.
1. EEE is like a mother branch and ECE is sort of derived from it. Both have a number of similar subjects. Their dissimilarity lies in that ECE has major focus on semiconductor, transistor, op-amp, microprocessor etc. EEE also touches these domains but maybe not as deeply. ECE also has communication subjects like DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING, Analog signal processing, satellite communication etc. , whereas EEE has subject on motors, Transformers, Grid lines etc. (I don't know much about EE
