Firstly, minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 is required, and then a good rank in the entrance exam is necessary. Exact rank range in entrance exam depends on which college you are talking about. Make sure you are keenly interested in the subject and take an overview of the course curriculum and talk to alumni what the major contents are all about. If you can relate to it, then take it up. Job opportunities and higher studies career path both are great for ECE.

No, post graduate Diploma is a professional course and after supreme court guidelines no one can pursue and even any university can't offer these courses via distance mode of education.

No, you can't get any fee waiver. But, you can get free seat, if you lock Galgotias University during the time of counseling.
