Yes, you may get EC or IC in DTU or IT in NSIT as per last year cutoff.
So keep these institute with mentioned branches at top priority while choice filling to get the early benefits of selection in the 1-3 round.
All the best!

Hello Ashwani, at VIT Vellore, there is a huge advantage that you can be placed in a good company for all the courses. First, ECE ( internet of things & sensors) as the name implies it is really a core subject. VIT offers many recruiters from core companies. but it is not sure whether all will get placed if they choose really core courses like these. Be wise and see the list of recruiters and decide.
Above all, VIT Vellore is a student friendly institute so there will be a good placement and training. So no need to worry.
Visit www.vit.ac.in/placement for the list of recruiters.
All the best!

Hello Ashwani, at VIT Vellore you can opt for any courses whereas in other campuses you might be selective only.
At Vellore, there are more placements for all courses. So you need not worry and I will opt for IT only because VIT offers huge placements for IT and CSE only.
All the best!

ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM, etc.) communicate with each other. It has more physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much.
CSE deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them. It has a lot of logic involved and maths too.
Placement wise, ECE is a little better than CSE as it has more offers in the public sector (govt. jobs). Also ECE is considered to be somewhat of a evergreen branch. If you do specialization (e.g. M.Tech in VLSI design) after doing B.Tech in ECE, there is a great demand in the market for such people.

Hello Rithick,
It's a set procedure already. As you have appeared for JEE Mains, you must already have login id. On the same website you have to login and begin process of registering for counseling.
I am giving a link which is very interesting:
