Exact seats information would be available to you through the university office only. But generally universities run different sections on various parameters like some sections are for JEE, some are hons. Section, some are simple CSE/ ECE/ EEE/ etc. Sections which makes a total of 180 seats in each branch with 60 students meant for JEE, Hons and simple.

All are good, but CSE is having more opportunities and a good scope for placements. If you're quick learner, then you can easily get a high package job.

I will prefer you to opt for the EC branch as there you will find more interesting things than the CS branch, as the scope of EC is growing rapidly and you after the completion of your graduation you can easily find a decent job in this field.
