With economical uncertainty always, it is difficult to name particular countries though overall US, Singapore, Canada and Australia and European countries (UK, Germany, Netherlands) have the best opportunities for ECE professionals if you are qualified. Your getting a job will depend on your qualification and skills. Your class performance and where you graduate from is very important so stand out to be recognized.

First of all, nothing is easy or tough for example this year Kalpit Veerwal scored 360 out of 360 which is out of imagination that this is also possible in India's one of the toughest exam.
So, don't think about it, yea, somewhat it is tough as it is both electronic and communication so you have to be good both in physics and computer so you have to study hard.
