If you are not interested in computer languages, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.

ECE graduates are hired by manufacturing and services companies on operations and maintenance, employed by electronics, telecommunications service providers and IT companies. ECE graduates are hired as Network engineers. ECE graduates are eligible for Engineering services, defence services and paramilitary forces. ECE graduates are hired by R&D orbs such as DRDO, ISRO etc. ECE. Graduates are also hired by PSU.

Take up ECE as main and do part time courses in CS

CSE branch have less numerical problem.

ECE has more scope in comparison to EEE because ECE graduates can be employed in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT and ITES industries. Whereas EEE graduates have option in Electtonics & Electrical industry only. Also majority jobs are only Operation & Maintenance related only.
