Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 5111 and closing rank was 5492. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 9719 and 10371. Admission to BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIT Dhanbad (ISM) - Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

There is no online B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering offered by Indian Institute of Information Technology Dharwad (IIIT Dharwad). The only B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineeringprogrammeoffered by IIIT Dharwad is a full-time on-campus program.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT Trichy - National Institute of Technology other than General category are - 6680 for OBC, 15514 for SC, 205 for ST, 614 for EWS and 75 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

The cutoff trend for BTech at IIIT Delhi has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2024, the closing rank for BTech under general category for all India quota was 10559. In 2023, it improved to 8670. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

No, as in 2022, the closing rank for BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT Warangal was 7000. So, if your rank is between 5000 and 10000, you might not have a chance of getting admission, but it is not guaranteed.

Bundelkhand University, Jhansi will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:
- The JEE Main score of the candidate
- The category of the candidate
- The number of seats available in the course
Candidates must visit the official website of the entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The cutoff trend for BTech at NIT Hamirpur - National Institute of Technology has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 22643. In 2022, it decreased to 19869. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 28656 to 25714 for OBC, 4117 to 2992 for SC, 156893 to 102240 for ST, 19643 to 22656 for EWS and 15183 to 625 for PWD.
