Fee Structure And Facilities : Government fee is 65340 per year and development fund in college is 15000 in which full details if fee breakdown of two pages in given completely, fees in college is accepting in cash online transaction, in the form of DD, etc. There are no extra charges to reserve a seat. Course Curriculum Overview : Yes course curriculum is good and exam structure is also good and many research work told to do many labs other than needed for the course are present in our college to encourage students to work there and do there if any research is to be there, even management is very friendly and very Carey towards students. Dear Himanshu, Both institutes are good. But being alumni of I can say that both CSE and ECE are good at LPU. Let me share a few details of the CSE programme at LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students on the basis of their academics and extracurricular activities and other factors. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries which helps students to explore themselves more in their field. Specializations: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interests such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. Specialisation Offered in EEE/ECE: Power Electronics, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, DSP, Robotics And Automation, VLSI, and many more which helps to do more research in their field. Yes Sujatha, LPU offers a part-time Ph.D. in ECE. Let me share details with you.
Eligibility: You should have a minimum of 55% marks in your master's degree in a relevant subject. After that, you have to qualify for the LPUNEST exam if you have not qualified for a national level test such as GATE, UGC NET, CSIR, GPAT, etc. The entrance will have 70% weightage in selection. After that, you have to appear for an interview and qualify for the same and have 30% weightage for the final selection.
You may avail of scholarships also on the basis of LPUNEST or National Level Test.
There is a special scholarship for female students to pursue a full-time or part-time Ph.D. at LPU.
The highlight of the program is the Flexi-Course Work option specially designed to accommodate professionals wherein a student can choose the best-suited option to complete the course work.
