Yes, of course, you can. Your rank is not very good but not so poor. Don't take tension. Just go for counselling and put your favourite college and stream in the choice filling and please wait till the 3rd counselling.

As per your rank, there are very few chances for you to get admission in electronics branch in Silliguri Institute of Technology, West Bengal. You can try for another colleges.

You have to go for Gate examination as it is basic criteria for doing M.Tech in engineering college. This criteria is applicable for SVNIT also. So, all the best for future.
