You are actually saying too many things. Firstly, you are saying you are preparing for government service. Secondly you are saying that you are interested in doing MBA. The third thing that you are asking is are you eligible for B.Tech by distance mode? Now if you are preparing for government service or if you are interested in doing MBA then you must be graduate of some discipline. Knowing the present situation where in more than 50 % of fresh engineers are jobless, I would strongly advise you not to go for B tech in distance mode at all.
