Yes, you are eligible for lateral entry in many colleges in Bangalore. It doesn't depend whether you are from Assam or Karnataka. You should have proper education which is required for lateral entry.

Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHTCET). Vacant seats will be filled by the institute based on the rank obtained in JEE-Mains.
