Hello Harshan,
Fundamentally, the exam pattern tests the ability of the student to us logical thinking and use of applicability of concepts to solve questions. Hence, learning by heart is simply not the solution but learning and understanding concepts is. But firstly, believe in yourself. Remember "where there is will, there is way"! Start studying immediately with time given to all subjects everyday. Only hard work will help you. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/exams/jee-advanced.

Hello Vishnu,
These days almost all states have put in restrictions on admission to engineering colleges in their respective states. Only domiciles can take admission. Of course some seats are reserved for NRI & some for FN's. Some states have certain seats reserved for all india quota meaning for students from other states. In Tamil Nadu its the Anna University which is designated agency. You will find all required information on their webpage.
Best wishes.

Cut-off is not announced separately or by paper wise. When the result is declared, cut-off for all categories was also announced. The cut-off for general category is 81, for OBC- 63, for SC/St- it was 45 and 47 respectively for 2017. When JEE main result of 2018 will be released, you will be going to know about the cut-off also.

Yes, there are many chances. You can get into a good private or deemed college.
85 marks is good, but the admission process may also depend upon your board exam score.
