Our university is autonomous, so it doesn't follow VTU. The marking is done on the basis of relative grading, involving semester wise calculation of GPA and CGPA.

The fee would be 1.6 lakh per annum and for hostel. You have a choice 2 sharing and 4 sharing. For 2 sharing, it is 1.2 and for 4 sharing, it is 80k.

With IT industry dominating the city, it will be a challenge to get good on-campus placement in mechanical engineering if the college is not up to the mark. Rest is your choice.
