Hello Harish, There are many Institutions in Chennai that offer this branch for studies. Of course MIT is the best of the lot after IIT. I would like to advise you that please go by the ranked institutes. You have passed HSC (PCM Group), so you are eligible to pursue an Engineering Course from any Engineering Colleges in Chennai/ Tamil Nadu through Counselling. But, CEG, Anna University will have huge competition with High Scores.
